SEASON 2 COMING SOON...
Episode 1The first episode in the new web series Mortal Kombat Legacy aired April 12th at 12:01 am on Machinima.com. The episode is below and I'll be posting each episode and a quick summary or each one.
Summary: As the first episode this is setting up the whole short series. Sonya Blade has infiltrated the industrial factory where Kano is heading the Black Dragon Clan to build the Cyber Initiative; mainly creating Cyrax, Smoke, & Sektor. Sonya is captured but not before calling in back-up; Jax and Stryker. After a search gun battle and a lack-luster fight scene between Kano and Jax the episode ends with a flawless cliffhanger for the next episode. |
Episode 2After Kano and Jaxx have a mediocre fight scene Jaxx ends the battle of fisticuffs with a swift punch to Kano's face sending his right eye ball sailing in the air. Sonya escapes and finds Jaxx only to exit the building without Kano's body. The Episode ends as Kano is on the operating table of the factory about to be joined with his cybernetic eyepatch we know and love.

Episode 3Mortal Kombat Legacy is attempting to turn the tide on how viewers see Johnny Cage.
In this episode you witness the fall of popular martial artist Johnny Cage as he descends from Teen heartthrob to failed movie star. Gritty, emotional, and real. This episode delivers more background for Johnny Cage and fuels his motives to seek revenge on the world that deserted him. Not to mention the two suited executives that had a hand in ruining his career. After Johnny Cage loses his marbles and whoops some serious ass time stands still, the lights go dark, and Shang Tsung walks from the darkness and offers Johnny a chance to change everything. Mortal Kombat is about to being. |
Episode 4Sindel, Mileena, Kitana, and Baraka show the history behind them all. This is Part 1 of 2 and it just teases you til part 3 airs. Basic animation at the beginning, a different style Baraka, and almost no action whatsoever labels this episode as a "buffer" or a "seg-way" episode.
Episode 5Kitana and Mileena have grown up thinking that they are sisters, yet have grown apart over the years. Despite Mileena's growing resentment towards Kitana, Shao Kahn uses them to destroy all who threaten his rule. But when they come upon King Jerrod on one of their missions, they finally learn the truth about their Mother and Father, and Kitana looks to plot her revenge against Shao Kahn.

Episode 6The following episode represents director Kevin Tancharoen's "different take on the Mortal Kombat universe," combining the perfect amount of gritty realism mixed with a hint of mysticism... When Lord Raiden, God of Thunder and protector of Earth, finds himself in an earthly mental institution in the year 2011, his 'delusions' are treated with some rather primitive forms of therapy (involving an ECT machine and an ice pick). Nonetheless, Blue, his beautiful, fragile yet insane fellow inmate, is Raiden's only hope of escaping the mental hospital and making his way to the Mortal Kombat tournament to defend Earthrealm from Shao Khan.

He knows that he must defeat Sub-Zero and return to his village before it is too late. |
Episode 8"Scorpion and Sub Zero (Part 2)"
With the Shirai Ryu clan murdered by the hands of Sub-Zero and the Lin Kuei, Hanzo Hasashi has failed to protect his village.
