Sony refers to the new media as NVG cards. Imagine a little flash card holding all of the games data. Much like the Nintendo DS, games will be on small little cards instead of discs.

New news from this website The Gaming Vault.com says the NVG cards will have 2GB and 4GB capacities with 5% to 10% of that memory reserved for save games and add-on content.

Posted earlier the PSVita will be using memory sticks aswell. These memory sticks come in 4GB, 8GB, 16GB, & 32GB.

So the memory sticks are used for what? storing audio, and pictures? Can you download games from PSN perhaps?

as far as I know the PS Vita will use Flash Drive like discs to store games and media. The PSN will have downloadable media as well.
