Little King's Story, a charming Pikmin-esque RPG adventure on the Wii, is perhaps one of the most under-appreciated games of this generation. Thankfully, it's still getting a follow-up despite the lack of love.

Andriasang reports that a Little King's Story sequel has been announced for the PlayStation Vita in the latest issue of Famitsu. The Japanese title for the new game is The King, the Demon King, and the Seven Princesses: New King Story, but it's safe to assume that will probably be altered if new publisher Konami brings it over to North America.

Actual game details from Famitsu are light right now, but so far we know that the game will have a new visual style and some sort of love/dating element. Here's hoping it makes its way to the U.S. as well.
