The 2.0 patch for Sony's MAG went live today, bringing with it PlayStation Move support and enough game tweaks and changes it could be considered a whole new game. The full list of changes hitting in MAG patch 2.0 is huge. Developer Zipper Interactive has upped the level cap 60 to 70. There's a new in-game economy system in which players earn Credit Points for completing objectives. The skill tree has been revamped, with sweeping changes and new additions to every skillset. Weapons, gear, and apparel have all been tweaked and tuned. Bugs have been fixed.

Japan is getting a blue PS3 with Gran Turismo 5 bundle and it turns out a similar bundle is headed to Europe on November 5 -- sans all of that flare. Amazon UK outed the 320 GB black PS3 bundle, which comes with the Collector's Edition of Gran Turismo 5 for a hefty £284.99 ($450). It may seem a bit too pricey, but the bundle is actually a £44.99 savings on what it would cost to purchase the console and game separately, if that's any consolation to your bank account. A collection of screenshots and concept art for Resistance 3 have surfaced, painting a wonderfully dark picture of the United States in the grip of the Chimeran forces. Can Joseph Capelli save the day? Kotakuite Darkos87 pointed us towards these fresh Resistance 3 screenshots and concept art pieces on Flickr, giving us our first look at the third game in Insomniac's hit series since the live action trailer shown at GamesCom.
And what of the new protagonist? The screenshots call him Capelli, which makes him Joseph Evan Capelli, Nathan Hale's squadmate and helper of sorts from Resistance 2. It looks like Capelli will be taking up the fight where Nathan left off at the end of the last game. How appropriate! Uncharted 2: Among Thieves -- Kotaku's 2009 "Game of the Year" -- is finally getting a Game of the Year Edition. The $49.99 package includes the well-received sequel on a Blu-ray disc, as well as a "super voucher" which allows users to download $35 worth of post-launch DLC, including:
Following up on a tip that GameFly had shifted the date for both console versions of Arcania: Gothic 4, we spoke to a representative for the publisher JoWood, who clarified the release schedule. The game is currently scheduled to launch on October 12 in North America (Oct. 15 in the UK) for Xbox 360 and PC. The PS3 version has been delayed until "early 2011." A demo for Arcania is available now on Xbox Marketplace. Amazon, GameStop and Walmart currently have the PS3 version with a March 2011 release date. PlayStation 3 owners will soon be able to buy PlayStation Plus membership at retail, with gift cards granting access to Sony's premium PlayStation Network now deploying to stores in North America. A kotakutipster informs us that cards have already arrived at Target stores in the northeast, at least in designations of $17.99 USD for three months worth of PlayStation Plus access. Sony also offers a 12 month long subscription option priced at $49.99 USD. Currently, the subscription based service allows early access to some demos and beta tests, discounts on software and the occasional freebie. Its time to get your game on! Best of all its time to get your game on free! Capcom has seen fit to give us a copy of Dead Rising 2 on XBOX360 and a copy on Playstation 3 to give away to you our readers. Dead Rising is THE Best zombie game ever made and although I have not yet played Dead rising 2 I fully expect it to live up to the original. Check out some of the brand new DR2 features:
